Why Life in HD…ADHD?

Because living with ADHD doesn’t have to be a struggle!

I want to join you in navigating the treacherous waters of brain fog, ADHD Rage, hyperfocus episodes, dopamine addiction, and procrastination so that your ADHD does not impede your success but instead turns into a superpower to help you succeed.

Welcome to the fun side of ADHD!

Hi! I’m Elisabeta!

I’m a Virtual Assistant, World Traveler, Blogger, Writer and avid Reader, amongst many other passions and hobbies that make life interesting.

I built this website as an outlet for all the creative energy swirling in my head and the multitude of thoughts that are knocking on the door to my brain begging to be let out.

To be completely honest, if you were to look inside my head you would probably think it’s a Tim Burton movie, but after so many years of struggling to accept my faults, I’ve come to love myself as I am so I’m sharing everything I learned to help anyone that’s struggling skip the trial and error stage of having ADHD.

If you want to have a peak inside my brain…please be my guest.

Let’s Talk About What you Can Expect

Do you know why this website is called “Life in HD… ADHD” ?

Because, as a late diagnosed woman, I wanted to share with you my experience, show you that ADHD doesn’t have to define your life, or your performance, but instead brings a little “spice” to your life.

Surprises are awesome, but if you don’t like them, here’s a little insight into what to expect.

My Digital Creations

I think I’ve tried every planner and workbook I could get my hands on, hoping to see some improvement, some help in building healthier habits… and every time I bought one I would excitedly work on it, only to abandon it once the high wore off. I cannot explain the disappointment I felt when I saw how many different materials still bring on the same result…it made me feel like I was a failure for not aligning to them.

The problem was actually the opposite, they were not aligning with me because they were created for brains without ADHD.

Searching and not finding anything suited to my needs became frustrating so, in true ADHD and DIY fashion, I went ahead and made them myself so maybe you can find a template, workbook or digital download in here that you like.

Virtual Assistant Services

Great minds think alike, that’s why I have worked on building a client base made up of mostly entrepreneurs with ADHD.

I love meeting new people and I know how hard it is to find an Assistant that you connect with, that understands you, keeps you on-track and that also understands the ups and downs of having ADHD.

And since we live in a digital era, outsourcing tasks to someone across the globe has never been easier. For example, I’m based in Europe, but my clients are not only European but also Canadian, American and I’m even lucky enough to be a part of a multi-continental team that employs people from India, the UK and USA.

One of my favorite quotes is:

“Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.”

Share Your Experience

A lot of times, dealing with ADHD is something we learn from experience as it differs from one person to the other, from one form to the other. That’s why people with ADHD feel lonely, or they  feel like they don’t belong in their environment. I know I have…

Whether you have ADHD or help those that have ADHD, this is a place where you can share your story and tips for dealing with it, so that our ADHD friends don’t feel quite so alone and can find the support and help they need.

Send me your story and I will make sure to share it with the world (anonymously or not, whichever feels more comfortable to you)

Book I Read

It may come as no surprise, but my tastes in books (and music) are very varied, ranging from the sweetest romances to the spiciest dark romances ever published.

But reading so much and having an analytical mind do come in handy sometimes…

I love talking about books almost as much as I love writing them and I have sooo many recommendations to share with you.

My Books and Stories

I couldn’t tell you which I love more…reading or writing. But seeing the stories inside my head written on paper is a joy that only compares to the thrill of getting on an airplane and traveling to a new destination.

I will be sharing my first story via email, for free, so make sure you subscribe in order to get notified once it’s live.
