If you’re looking for someone to share your ADHD struggles with, then look no further!

As your neuro-spicy bestie, I’m here to show you how to live your life to the fullest by turning your ADHD from an enemy into an ally.

Here’s what I know about you:

You’re here because you want to do things differently

You’re tired of seeing people that don’t have ADHD talk about it without knowing how it feels or giving you real solutions for tackling day to day tasks

You want to feel like ADHD is your super-power and not your weakness

Let’s turn those daydreams into a reality, my friend.

And here’s a little about me

Hi! I’m Elisabeta and I’m a your guide for all things ADHD and neuro-spicy.

I want to share my passions and my life with you and use my experience to help you with navigating ADHD in a way that feels natural and easy so that you can find your motivation, have a job (and a life) that makes you excited, and create lasting connections with people that share your passion.

The story of how I built my business

Like many modern stories of online businesses, mine also starts during the big 2020 pandemic. You see, without the usual stimulus of commuting to work, talking to people in person and actually going outside to get fresh air, I found myself looking for new hobbies to do indoors. That’s when I stumbled upon a course teaching how to be a Virtual Assistant and it changed my life.

You see…back then I didn’t even know that I had ADHD but I somehow knew that I liked to keep my mind busy, find new hobbies (I even started making some adorable bookmarks that still decorate my books) and learn new things.

Once I got my first client, I was hooked! I loved helping my clients and each new thing I learned shot pure dopamine in my system and I couldn’t get enough…until I got so burned out that I couldn’t do anything at all.

Getting back to being a Virtual Assistant after that was really scary. It took me such a long time to find the courage not only to rebuild my brand but also to take the leap into doing it fulltime.

But here’s the thing! When you’re ready for great things, the Universe (or God, or Allah, or however you want to call it) sends them your way, because that’s how I started to meet entrepreneurs that helped me not only understand that I had ADHD, but also made me feel supported, understood and, for the first time in my life, normal… I knew I had found my place and my people.

And I wanted to share my story with you, hoping that by doing it I can help others navigate these waters more easily.
